Mafia: Definitive Edition

Mafia: Definitive Edition – not just a simple remaster but a stunning remake of the 2002 classic. Based in 1930s Lost Heaven is a city modelled on Chicago during the final years of prohibition. You’ll play as Tommy Angelo a taxi driver, who finds himself thrown into the Saleri crime family after he helps two mobsters escape from a rival gang.

The story unfolds as Tommy reveals a compilation of his most tense and hair-raising escapades to a police detective, uncovering a web of deception and revenge. The game is pretty much the same as the original but with a few things added to most missions to further immerse players into the life of a 1930s gangster.

Mafia III: Definitive Edition

Mafia III: Definitive Edition, the third game in the Mafia Series is a remastered version of the original action-adventure adventure released in October 2016. This time around you’ll be playing as Vietnam War veteran Lincoln Clay who sets out to build his own criminal empire while seeking revenge against the Marcano Crime Family who killed his adopted family, the Black Mob, and left him for dead.

With remastered graphics, an excellent script, epic soundtrack, top quality voice acting and convincing animations bringing Mafia III this game is well worth playing – however, the repetitiveness of the gameplay can get a tad boring.

Mafia II: Definitive Edition

What can I say about Mafia II that hasn’t already been said? In my opinion, it has to be one of the most underrated games ever made and is in my top 5 all-time favourite games. So needless to say I was more than a little excited to see what the Definitive Edition had to offer.

Originally released in 2010, Mafia II is a gritty period piece action-adventure developed by 2K that chronicles the rise of war veteran and ex-con turned mobster Vito Scaletta, the son of Sicilian immigrants.
